HOW TO USE

1. Open the lid of Femmycycle cup, empty contents in the toilet.

2. Pour about 1 teaspoon of cleanser, close lid; shake solution inside the menstrual cup, open lid, empty cup, rinse if desire, then reuse or store away.

- Washing a menstrual cup regularly is essential to keep it clean during your cycle.

- After your menstrual cycle, wash and disinfect your menstrual cup, allow it to air-dry, then store in a well-ventilated area in its storage pouch, ready for your next period.
