*if you notice deterioration such as cuts, punctures, a sticky or powdery film, severe discolouration or odour, etc., we recommend you replace your disc with a new one.

Features:

- First Korean menstrual disc.

- Made of FDA registered Medical Silicone, safe and durable.

- Made without BPA or natural Rubber Latex.

- Do not depend on suction pressure to stay in place. You don’t feel it during use.

- A soft, flexible and completely round rim designed to fit perfectly into the round walls on the vaginal canal without leaving any leakage point.

- Reusable menstrual disc with a silicone string incorporated to its rim.The rim of the disc will slip off the pubic bone and line out with the entrance of the vagina.  It’s as simple and easy.

- Wear during sleep, exercise and swimming.

- Reusable.

- Cannot be used during sex.

Insert and removal

To insert:

1. Squeeze the rim in the middle to form an “8” shape and maintain the string in the front.

2. Insert the disc into the vaginal canal.

3. Push the disc to the end until you feel that it's positioned under your cervix.

4. Push the front of the rim upwards to fix it behind the pubic bone. The top of the silicone string will stay out of the entrance of the vagina.


To remove:

1. Hold the top of the string and push it out very slowly .

2. The rim of the disc will slip off the pubic bone and line up with the entrance of the vagina.

3. You just hold the rim and push the disc out slowly and gently.

 

Caution

- Don’t push out the string with excessive strength, it may break.

- If you like you can cut a part of the string to shorten it or you can cut it all and use the disc without the string if you prefer.

 

Sterilisation

- hot water (5 min.)

- Boiling water (3 min.)


Warnings

- For the best results, please follow the instructions.

- Never use menstrual disc for more than 8 hours at a time.

- Consult your doctor if you are using an intrauterine device (IUD). While uncommon, there is a risk of dislodging, displacing or removing the IUD by pulling on the IUD string when removing the Poicup.

- If you have ever had Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), do not use Poicup or any other internally worn product.

- Immediately following childbirth, gynecological surgery, miscarriage, or termination of pregnancy, consult your physician before using Poicup.

- Poicup is not a contraceptive nor does it protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

- Menstrual Discs are not supplied in a sterile state, sterilise your disc before first time use.

- Avoid using alcohol or any kind of corrosive cleansers as well as brushes to clean your cup.

- If you experience any adverse events with Poicup, discontinue use and consult your physician.
