Use

Wash hands thoroughly before removing and cleansing your menstrual products.

For cup cleaning during your cycle, rinse your cup or disc with cold water and pump foaming wash directly onto the cup. Thoroughly clean cup or disc and rinse well with water. 

For vulva cleaning, use nixit wash on the external vaginal area only. 

Safe to reinsert wet or air dry and store for later.
