Delivery Method

MenstruAgents supports different kinds of delivery methods:

1. S.F. Express Pick-up Points  / Lockers (Free Shipping over $500)

2. S.F. Express (Cash on Delivery) - suitable for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Customers, and/or Mainland China Customers (if we have).

3. Hong Kong Post (Local Ordinary Packet - Any surplus money will be refunded)

4. Hong Kong Post (Local Smart Post Mail Delivery Service / iPostal Station - Any surplus money will be refunded)

5. Pick up at Chai Wan MTR Station (Contact shopkeeper for meet up appointment.)

6. Macau eBuy delivery (Free Shipping over $300)

7. Macau eBuy delivery (Cash on Delivery)

8. Freights for Oversea Customers（Except Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan)

When the payment is completed (including upload a transaction screenshot or a deposit advice for order confirmation), parcel will be sent within 48 hours in normal circumstance.

Extraordinary case will be noticed by email or other instant messengers.

Tracking number and/or receipt will be sent by email for your convenience.
