Model 0  (Rim diameter 4 cm, Capacity up to 20 ml; Cup height (no stem) 5.6 cm, Stem length 1.1 cm, Full Height 6.7 cm): Suitable for those who are new to the world of periods and/or 18 years old and younger.

Model 1 (Rim diameter 4.3 cm, Capacity up to 30 ml; Cup height (no stem) 5.6 cm, Stem length 1.1 cm, Full Height 6.7 cm): Suitable for 19 to 30 years old and/or with Moderate Flow.

Model 2 (Rim diameter 4.5 cm, Capacity up to 32 ml; Cup height (no stem) 5.6 cm, Stem length 1.1 cm, Full Height 6.7 cm): Suitable for over 30 years old and/or have a Heavy Flow.

Recommended replacement time:  Last up to several years with proper care. 

*if you notice deterioration such as cuts, punctures, a sticky or powdery film, severe discolouration or odour, etc., we recommend you replace your cup with a new one.

Warnings

- For the best results, please follow the instructions.

- It's important to release the suction seal before removing menstrual cup. We recommend consulting with your gynecologist prior to use and if you just had your IUD fitted, you should wait at least 2 cycles before you start using a menstrual cup. 

- If you have ever had Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), do not use menstrual cup  or any other internally worn product.

- Immediately following childbirth, gynecological surgery, miscarriage, or termination of pregnancy, consult your physician before using menstrual cup.

- Never use Diva Cup for more than twelve (12) hours at a time.

- Diva Cup must be removed before vaginal intercourse.

- Menstrual Cup does not protect against Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs).

- Diva Cup is NOT intended to be used as contraception and will not prevent pregnancy.

- Menstrual Cups are not supplied in a sterile state, sterilise your cup before first time use.

- Avoid using alcohol or any kind of corrosive cleansers as well as brushes to clean your cup.

- If you experience any adverse events with Diva Cups, discontinue use and consult your physician.
