Small (Rim diameter 4.1 cm, Capacity up to 2-3 tampons; Cup height (no stem) 4.7 cm, Stem length 2.3 cm, Full Height 7 cm): Suitable for First time Cup User, Light to Moderate Flow, with Weak Pelvic Floor Muscle or High Bladder sensitivity, cramping or discomfort with firmer cup.

Regular (Rim diameter 4.6 cm, Capacity up to 3-4 tampons; Cup height (no stem) 5.2 cm, Stem length 1.8 cm, Full Height 7 cm): Suitable for Moderate to Heavy Flow, with Weak Pelvic Floor Muscle or High Bladder sensitivity, cramping or discomfort with firmer cup.
