Regular (Rim diameter 4.2 cm, Volume 22 ml; Cup height (no stem) 4.4 cm, Stem length 2 cm, Full Height 6.4 cm): Suitable for First Time Cup User, Light to Moderate Flow, with Normal Pelvic Floor Muscle.

Super (Rim diameter 4.6 cm, Volume 30 ml; Cup height (no stem) 5 cm, Stem length 2 cm, Full Height 7 cm): Suitable for Moderate to Heavy Flow, with Normal Pelvic Floor Muscle.

Recommended replacement time: last up to 5 years. As a medical device, manufacturer do advise to replace it annually.
