Regular (Rim diameter 4.6cm, Capacity up to 3-4 tampons; Cup height (no stem) 5.2 cm, Stem length 1.8 cm, Full Height 7 cm): Suitable for Moderate to Heavy Flow, with Weak Pelvic Floor Muscle or High bladder sensitivity, cramping or discomfort with firmer cup.
